SASCE 2 webinar – Conference of INGOs of the Council of Europe – February 2026

On February 10, 2026 SACC by EJC participated in a webinar held as part of the Conference of INGOs of the Council of Europe, presenting the SASCE Project. The session focused on strengthening security, resilience, and dialogue among faith communities across Europe.

Ophir Revach, CEO of SACC by EJC, and Aline Niddam, Head of Projects & Development at SACC by EJC and Lead Coordinator of the SASCE Project, and Ron Eichhorn, European Buddhist Union Partner, took part in the discussion and shared key insights on the initiative.

Ophir Revach,highlighted the project’s impact and long-term vision. Renewed for an additional three years starting in April 2025, SASCE continues to provide practical tools and professional guidance to help communities address evolving security challenges.

The discussion emphasized the importance of timely and structured incident reporting to ensure effective responses and stronger protection.

Ron Eichhorn underscored that preventing violence and promoting peace require proactive preparation, transparent communication, and sustained interfaith engagement.

SASCE continues to serve as a vital platform for strengthening both security and constructive dialogue among faith communities across Europe, while fostering cooperation with law enforcement authorities and EU institutions.
