A man has been subjected to violence in the center of Sarpsborg after a commemoration for Kristallnacht, the police report via the police log.
The celebration itself was peaceful, but after it was over, several of the participants walked through the center of Sarpsborg with an Israeli flag.
Two men allegedly beat and kicked the flag bearer and hurled abuse at him, the police wrote. The man who was subjected to violence reportedly only suffered minor injuries.
Police have spoken to the victim and witnesses, and say they know the identities of the perpetrators.
