The Security and Crisis Center by EJC completed a 5 days Crisis Management Course in Budapest last week (February 17th– 21st). The event was organised together with Mazsihisz (the Federation of Hungarian Jewish Communities). Over 20 participants from Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Germany, Malta and Switzerland attended the course. The attendees were taught the principles of Crisis Management, focusing on special aspects such as leadership, communication tools and psychological assistance when facing a crisis. Large scale drills involving the Hungarian authorities took place during the course.
